Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 1/2 Cups Milk 1 Tablespoon Vanilla 1 Cup Pumpkin 1/2 Cup Margarine Melted 4 Eggs Separated
Directions:Place dry ingredients in a bowl, put wet ingredients in a separate bowl and blend. Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Add wet ingredients to dry. (May need to add more milk, almost ½ a cup.) When the wet and dry are blended, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put into a hot waffle iron, spread the batter around just a little so it is not so thick and cooks more evenly. |
