Ingredients:
1/8 Cup Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vinegar 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ketchup 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger 1 Clove Garlic Minced 1 Chicken Breast Cut into strips 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil 1/2 Package Frozen Stir-fry Vegetables 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks Drained
Directions:In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; set aside. In a large skillet or wok, stir fry chicken in oil 5 to 6 minutes or until juices run clear. Add vegetables and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in pineapple and reserved soy sauce mixture; heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice. |
