Triptows : Recipes

1 Package Brownie Mix 9x13 package
2 1/3 Cups Powdered Sugar
5 Tablespoons Margarine
1 Dash Salt
1 Tablespoon Light Corn Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Mint Extract
5 Drops Food Coloring - Green
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
6 Tablespoons Butter

1. Prepare brownie mix and let cool.

2. Prepare mint filling. Soften margarine. Add salt, corn syrup, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Mix in mint extract and food coloring. Add milk gradually until the consistency is a little thinner than cake frosting. Add more milk if needed.

3. Spread mint filling over brownies. Place in freezer for a short time to stiffen icing. Prepare topping by melting chocolate chips and butter. Mix. Spread over the top of the mint filling. Serve chilled to prevent chocolate and mint from melting.
